Welcome to Ms Tiffin. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and practices for using our services. By placing an order, subscribing to a tiffin plan, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview
Ms Tiffin offers Indian tiffin meals, restaurant dishes, bhaji, catering, and mithai. Our services include one-time orders, subscriptions, and Flex Pack plans. These Terms apply to all services unless otherwise specified.
2. Definitions

“Tiffin” refers to an individual meal, typically including daal, sabji, roti, rice, and accompaniments.

“Subscription” refers to recurring delivery plans (e.g. 6 days per week for 4 weeks).

“Month” refers to a 4-week billing cycle, not a calendar month.

“Customer” refers to anyone purchasing or subscribing to Ms Tiffin services.
3. Tiffin Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks unless paused or cancelled in advance.

Customers may choose their delivery days during signup and adjust them by contacting support in advance.

You may pause your subscription temporarily by request, but must do so at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled meal.
4. Cancellations & Restocking Fee

Customers may cancel individual tiffins by providing notice at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancelled tiffins are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which accounts for food prep, packaging, and administrative time.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Missed tiffins due to customer error (e.g., incorrect delivery info or missed pickup) will not be refunded or reissued.
5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available throughout the Lower Mainland based on postal code eligibility.

Delivery fees vary by zone and are calculated at checkout.

Orders will be delivered within our stated time frame; however, occasional delays due to traffic or weather may occur.

Pickup is free from our Fraser Street kitchen during operating hours.

Ms Tiffin is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer absence.
6. Refunds & Early Cancellations

At Ms Tiffin, we take pride in delivering delicious, home-style Indian meals with consistency and care. If you need to cancel your subscription, please review our refund terms below:

Refunds are available for active subscriptions that have not yet begun a new billing cycle, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Once a new billing cycle has started, refunds will only be issued for unused meals, and are still subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are not available for:

Missed deliveries due to incorrect address, absence during delivery window, or late pickups

Meals not used within your selected delivery schedule

Partial weeks of service once a new cycle begins

7. Modifications & Special Requests

Customers may update survey preferences (e.g., carb mix, add-ons) at any time by resubmitting the intake form or emailing our team.

We do our best to accommodate dietary requests (e.g., no onions, low spice), but cross-contamination is possible.

Menu items and portion sizes are subject to change based on availability.
8. Group Orders

Group orders must be delivered to a single address and meet the minimum group size for discounts.

One group member must act as the main point of contact.

Group perks may change depending on availability, promotions, or group size.
9. Allergy Disclaimer
We operate a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
10. Use of the Term “Month”
Throughout our website and product pages, the term “month” refers to a 4-week cycle (28 days). This ensures consistency and transparency across our subscription billing and service commitments.
11. Changes to Terms
Ms Tiffin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
